THIS IS OUR 51ST YEAR OF CUT YOUR OWN CHRISTMAS TREES.  Christmas Tree Season Hours: Open Tuesday thru Sunday, closed Mondays,  9am to dusk right up to Christmas Eve.At this date all our trees are 6' at the tallest.  Ready for cutting are Balsam fir and Blue Spruce and a small selection of Concolor Fir, Scotch Pine and White Pine all @  $35.00/tree. Hand saws are provided and we can assist with cutting if desired. Twine and trunk closures provided. We also have discounted pre-cut trees from $10 to $30 and a free bough pile. Complementary spiced cider on weekends.  Randy has been making his beautiful Christmas Wreaths. He makes several combinations of wreaths including pure balsam, mixed fir, white pine and blue spruce.  Call the farm phone for special orders.  The wreaths are undecorated for those that enjoy adding their own bows ect and I decorate a few and take orders for specailty colors and designs. At the farm stand we have fall crops :fresh dug red, white and Yukon Gold potatoes, and Russian Banana Fingerling potatoes. Also fresh leafy Lettuce  from our hoop house.  Our handmade herbal soaps are sold at the farm stand year round. They are very long lasting and provide a luxurious lather and are made without any animal products or synthetic fragrances. We have over 20 varieties of Handmade Soaps along with various Kosher glycerin soaps and Rose and Lavender Dead Sea Bath Salts. Call the farm phone @ 868-2001 anytime for updates or check here.

CHRISTMAS TREE SEASON 2007

 

   We will begin the 51st season with a very nice selection of 5-8 foot Fir Balsam, a nice selection of 5-7 foot Blue Spruce, a small selection of 5-6 foot Concolor Fir and a few white and scotch pine. We are still continuing to expand our tree patches and will have more trees in future years.

 

    Our hours this year will be Tuesday through Sunday, 9a.m. to dusk. We will close on Mondays.  Our season starts Sat. November 17th  Sun. Nov 18th  for Christmas wreaths and handmade herbal soaps. Tree season will formally begin on November 23th .  We will be closed Nov 19th through Thanksgiving Day.  There will be complimentary hot mulled cider on weekends starting Nov. 23rd and free boughs everyday.

 

    In addition to Cut Your Own Trees, we will have our “ready cut” trees priced from $10 to $30. Our price for Cut Your Own will stay at $35.00 per tree.

 

   We will have a nice selection of fresh made Christmas wreaths and door swags.  Randy’s wreath designs include Fir, Mixed Fir, Blue Spruce and White Pine. Plain and decorated wreaths will be available.   Custom sizes and special decorations by advance order may be accommodated. 

 

   Heather has been very busy stocking her soap rack with both cold process and glycerin soaps and has expanded her cold process line to include new scents and tropical butters. We will also start the season with decadent Dead Sea bath salts.

Fall Hours as of Oct 1st: Open Thur and Fri 9-5 and Saturday and Sunday 9-4 through Oct 28th. Closed Mon, Tues, Wed. We will close down for 2 weeks after 10/28 and reopen Nov17th with handmade Christmas Wreaths, assorted cool weather vegetables, gourds, Handmade Soaps, Herbal Bath Salts and dried flower wreaths.  We have beautifully shaped and hued fat pumpkins, many warty gourds of great colors, mini pumpkins and cornstalks.  The farmstand is stocked daily straight from our fields with the fall season vegetables including kale, Broccoli and Swiss chard and we still have tomatoes and peppers.   We have Buttercup winter squash with cooking tips and recipes. We have planted fall spinach and lettuce and hope to begin picking it soon. Our handmade herbal soaps are sold at the farm stand year round. They are very long lasting and provide a luxurious lather and are made without any animal products or synthetic fragrances. Call the farm phone @ 868-2001 anytime for updates or check here.

We will begin picking the new broccoli on Thurs 10/11.    We no longer have PYO grapes.
